Dr. Inmaculada Valle works as Investment Manager at the European Investment Fund (EIF). Dr. Valle has been involved with early-stage financing in the Life Sciences sector since 2010. Prior to EIF, between 2015 and 2020 she worked as business development manager at several biotech and medtech start-ups, and was co-founder and CEO of a biotechnology company in Barcelona. During 2010-2015, Dr. Valle was investment manager in Life Sciences at Caixa Capital Risc, the investment arm of La Caixa. She has also acted as business angel in a number of projects in the life sciences sector.
Dr. Valle studied Bioloy, and holds a PhD in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry and a MBA in Biotechnology Management.
